Work Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
On-site presence required Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Monday and Wednesday are remote, however, you must be willing to work on-site on these days pending business needs.
Design, implement, and maintain equitable and competitive compensation programs
Provide input and support for annual salary administration processes, including salary structure development and incentive plan design
Review and recommend updates to compensation policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality
Conduct complex compensation-related data analysis and modeling
Build and maintain compensation databases, dashboards, and custom reports/queries
Support compensation audits and develop process documentation
Serve as a subject matter expert and internal consultant on compensation-related matters
Educate managers, directors, and leaders on compensation programs and the organization's compensation philosophy
Determine appropriate salary quotes for job changes and provide guidance to junior analysts
Partner with HR Business Partners and internal clients to assess compensation needs and deliver effective solutions
Actively engage stakeholders to evaluate, rebuild, and refine compensation processes for improved outcomes
Provide high-quality and consistent service in all compensation-related matters
Deliver compensation-related training and orientation sessions to business partners and supervisors
Coach and mentor junior compensation analysts
Contribute to training material development for compensation processes and tools
Ensure compensation programs comply with internal policies and relevant external regulations
Handle complex compensation issues independently and escalate only the most advanced matters to compensation leadership
Travel: Less than 10% of the time may be required
Work Type: Hybrid employee - splits time between working remotely and working in the office
