The Senior Compensation Analyst provides analytical, technical, and operational support for the organization's compensation programs and related projects. This role will partner with human resources and business leaders in ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and consistent administration of compensation practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the evaluation, benchmarking, and pricing of jobs using market data, internal equity considerations, and established compensation methodologies.
  • Conduct compensation data analysis to support pay decisions, program design, and organizational planning.
  • Maintain compensation structures, job documentation, and related systems or databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage and maintain position management frameworks, ensuring roles are accurately structured, costed, and aligned to organizational design.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders on compensation strategies around compensation.
  • Create and enhance dashboards, reporting, and tools to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support the administration of annual compensation cycles, including merit, incentive, and market adjustment processes.
  • Participate in compensation surveys, analyze results, and recommend updates to pay structures or job pricing.
  • Ensure compensation practices align with organizational policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
  • Provide operational support for compensation projects, audits, and process improvements.
  • Evaluate and improve compensation policies, processes, and systems.
  • Set up and maintain Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Workforce Compensation, Individual Compensation, and Salary Basis.
  • Use AI agents to continuously monitor for pay equity, transitioning from reactive annual audits to proactive, ongoing fairness oversight.

Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in either Human Resources, Business Administration, other relevant field, or equivalent experience. Req
Work Experience
  • 4-7 years in either Human Resources, Business Administration, other relevant field, or equivalent experience. Req
  • 2-4 years position management, workforce planning and headcount modeling. Req
  • 4-7 years HRIS (Oracle HCM Fusion) Req
  • 4-7 years Compensation analysis applications (Payfactors, MarketPay, CompAnalyst, etc.) Req
Licenses and Certifications
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification Pref
  • Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) certification Pref
Skills and Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide insights.
  • Experience with job evaluation, market pricing, and compensation benchmarking.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, HRIS systems, compensation applications and AI tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience supporting compensation programs in a corporate HR environment.
  • Familiarity with compensation survey providers (e.g., Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Culpepper, etc).
  • Knowledge of compensation regulations and compliance considerations.
  • Exposure to annual compensation cycle processes.
