Job Description

You will work in our Corporate Secretariat Team for our group businesses.

Your Role:

  • Looking after a portfolio of group companies.
  • Responsible for the Company’s reporting requirements, corporate governance and other general compliance obligations under the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Listing Rules), the Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO), Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and other applicable laws and regulations.
  • Assist in, without limitation, organizing meetings, drafting of documents, arrange for statutory filings and compliance for the group companies and handle special assignments as assigned from time to time.

To Succed in this Role:

  • Diploma / Bachelor Degree holder with student membership of ICSA or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience gained from listed company or professional firm
  • Good knowledge of Hong Kong Listing Rules, SFO reporting requirements, other compliance regulations and corporate governance
  • Self-motivated, independent, organized, responsible and attentive to details
  • A good team player with excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in MS Office application and knowledge of CSA program is an advantage.
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Company Secretarial Officer.
