  • Location: Managua, Nicaragua.

Application Requirements

The Senior Community Manager is responsible for managing and growing the social media presence of five different company brands, ensuring each maintains a distinct, consistent, and engaging presence across its relevant digital channels.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of professional experience in Community Management or Social Media Management across a minimum of two different companies and is comfortable managing multiple brands, priorities, stakeholders, and content calendars simultaneously.

They are equally comfortable writing a LinkedIn post, adapting content for Instagram, briefing a designer, reviewing a Reel, scheduling a week's content, responding to comments and DMs, building a ManyChat automation, analyzing performance data, and identifying ways to make the overall workflow more efficient.

Responsibilities

#1 Social Media Marketing & Multi-Brand Management

  • Develop and execute social media and communication strategies aligned with the objectives and KPIs of five different company brands.
  • Manage the day-to-day social media presence of all assigned brands while maintaining the appropriate positioning, tone of voice, audience, and communication strategy for each.
  • Create, adapt, schedule, publish, and optimize content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms.
  • Adapt messaging, copy, creative formats, and calls-to-action according to each brand, audience, and platform.
  • Develop and maintain monthly and weekly content calendars across all assigned brands.
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, audience growth, engagement, traffic, community participation, and lead generation.
  • Ensure all published content meets brand, quality, accuracy, and communication standards.
  • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, audience behavior, and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Proactively recommend new content formats, channels, campaigns, and engagement opportunities based on performance and market trends.

    #2 Content Development & Creative Coordination
  • Translate marketing objectives, campaigns, company updates, and business priorities into compelling social media content.
  • Write, edit, and optimize social media copy in advanced English for different brands, platforms, and audiences.
  • Develop clear creative briefs and coordinate with designers, video editors, and other creative resources to produce required assets.
  • Ensure creative teams receive clear requirements, references, deadlines, dimensions, messaging, and platform specifications.
  • Review creative assets and provide actionable feedback before publication.
  • Coordinate the production of graphics, carousels, short-form videos, Reels, Stories, thought-leadership content, promotional materials, and other social media assets.
  • Repurpose and adapt existing content into platform-specific formats to maximize its reach and value.
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity, messaging, and quality across all five brands.
  • Coordinate content approvals and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.

    #3 Publishing, Automation & Workflow Management
  • Schedule, publish, and optimize content across all assigned social media channels.
  • Manage publishing schedules across five brands while ensuring content is delivered accurately and on time.
  • Use social media management and scheduling platforms to streamline publishing, monitoring, engagement, and reporting.
  • Build and manage ManyChat automations for social media conversations, including automated DM flows, keyword triggers, comment-to-DM campaigns, FAQs, lead capture, and other community engagement workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive social media, community management, and content processes without compromising quality or the customer experience.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to improve content adaptation, ideation, research, copywriting, workflow efficiency, and productivity.
  • Maintain organized content libraries, publishing calendars, approval workflows, automation documentation, and campaign assets.
  • Test and optimize automated workflows based on engagement, lead generation, and conversion performance.
  • Continuously recommend improvements to social media processes, tools, templates, and workflows.

    #4 Community Management & Brand Reputation
  • Monitor and manage comments, direct messages, mentions, reviews, and other community interactions across all assigned social media accounts.
  • Maintain a consistent and professional response process across five different brands.
  • Respond to community inquiries accurately and according to each company's tone of voice and communication guidelines.
  • Proactively engage with followers, customers, prospects, partners, and relevant industry conversations.
  • Use ManyChat and other automation tools to improve response times and scale community engagement where appropriate.
  • Escalate customer concerns, sensitive comments, potential reputation issues, or business opportunities to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain response guidelines and community management best practices for different brands and scenarios.
  • Identify recurring audience questions, objections, feedback, and sentiment that can inform future content and marketing strategies.
  • Protect and strengthen the online reputation of all assigned brands.

    #5 Performance Analysis & Optimization
  • Monitor social media KPIs across all five brands and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Track metrics including reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, traffic, leads, video performance, community response rates, and other relevant indicators.
  • Monitor the performance of ManyChat and other automated engagement campaigns, including conversations initiated, leads captured, engagement, and conversion where applicable.
  • Prepare monthly social media performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Compare performance across platforms, content formats, campaigns, and brands to identify patterns and opportunities.
  • Conduct ongoing testing of content formats, messaging, posting times, calls-to-action, automation flows, and other variables.
  • Use performance data to continuously improve content, community, and channel strategies.
  • Communicate key findings, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to Marketing leadership.

#6 Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Sales, Talent Acquisition, Product, and other internal teams as required to support company initiatives.
  • Coordinate priorities and deadlines with multiple stakeholders while maintaining visibility into the status of social media deliverables.
  • Contribute to campaigns, launches, employer branding initiatives, events, partnerships, and other projects requiring social media support.
  • Identify new tools, technologies, AI capabilities, automations, and processes that can improve team productivity and output.

Contribute to the development and implementation of new projects, activities, and processes that benefit the performance of the Marketing department and the company

Required Skills & Qualifications

-Written English Level: Advanced English proficiency required. Excellent copywriting, editing, grammar, and communication skills.

-Spoken English Level: Advanced English proficiency required (C1 min). Ability to confidently communicate with English-speaking audiences and internal stakeholders

-Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Advertising, Digital Media, Business, or a related field preferred.

-Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Community Management, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or a closely related role.

-Must have Community Management or Social Media Management experience at a minimum of two different companies and scheduling platforms.

-Proven experience independently managing multiple social media accounts, brands, business units, or client accounts simultaneously.

-Demonstrated experience managing the complete social media process, including content planning, copywriting, creative coordination, publishing, community engagement, and reporting.

-Experience coordinating designers, video editors, or other creative resources.

-Experience working with multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

Know-How & Certifications:

-Advanced understanding of major social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X.

-Hands-on experience with ManyChat or similar conversational marketing platforms.

-Experience building Instagram and Facebook DM automations, comment-to-DM flows, keyword triggers, lead capture sequences, FAQs, and automated audience engagement workflows.

-Experience integrating ManyChat with CRM, lead management, or marketing automation tools.

-Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier or Make.

-Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Metricool, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.

-Ability to manage multiple brands, calendars, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.

-Strong understanding of social media analytics, reporting, and performance optimization.

-Experience with short-form video, Reels, and YouTube content optimization.

-Experience developing social media processes, templates, SOPs, automation workflows, or reporting frameworks.

-Experience using AI-powered content creation and productivity tools.

-Digital Marketing, Social Media, Analytics, Automation, or AI-related certifications are a plus.
