Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate testing and commissioning activities across mechanical, electrical and integrated systems
  • Support commissioning planning, methodologies and operational readiness reviews
  • Work with consultants, subcontractors and client stakeholders to maintain program outcomes
  • Monitor commissioning progress, defects, close-out activities and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and safety requirements

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive approach with a strong commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement

Why UGL

  • Work on the infrastructure powering Australia's digital future
  • Develop your technical and leadership capability alongside some of the industry's most experienced commissioning professionals
  • Gain end-to-end project exposure from design optimisation through to integrated systems testing and client handover
  • Enjoy genuine opportunities to progress into Commissioning Manager and Senior Project Leadership positions
  • Join a business with a strong national pipeline of data centre, defence and complex infrastructure projects
  • Be trusted to make an impact, solve complex challenges and shape project outcomes
  • Competitive remuneration, professional development and a culture built on support, respect and accountability
