We are looking for a Senior Hybrid CTS (Commercial Technical Services).

You will be a key member of the Grifols Diagnostic Solutions Commercial Technical Services organization, responsible for delivering high‑quality service and technical support to distributors and customers. You will act as a central link between customers, distributors, and internal teams, ensuring efficient issue resolution, strong coordination, and the development of regional technical capabilities.

What your responsibilities will be

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Serve as a technical expert, responding promptly to customer requests for on‑site service and application support while providing professional and efficient first‑line technical assistance.
  • Support on‑site technical interventions, training activities, project assignments, periodic customer visits, and stock counting as required by the manager.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve quality issues and ensure effective troubleshooting and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert 1.5‑level support and guidance to resolve complex technical and application issues to the distributors.
  • Assist in training, managing, coordinating, and evaluating distributor performance and maintaining updated distributor profiles and qualification documentation.
  • Prepare and report on work progress, service data analysis, and regional service updates to the line manager.
  • Develop technical reference materials, FAQs, and knowledge‑sharing content to enhance regional technical capabilities.
  • Provide on‑site support for assay setup, user workflows, and troubleshooting during installations or evaluations.

Who you are

  • You have a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Medicine, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
  • You have 3 to 5 years on a similar role. Preferred experience in Molecular Diagnostics or Immunohematology.
  • You have have a customer‑oriented approach with a focus on timely, effective, and high‑quality service. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

  • You have effective cross‑departmental coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • You have availability to travel.
