The Opportunity – Senior Commercial Strategy Manager

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving commercial success? Interested in healthcare and driving great outcomes for our customers? Medibank is looking for a dynamic and innovative Senior Commercial Strategy Manager to join our Commercial Performance, Strategy & Analytics team!

As a Senior Commercial Strategy Manager, you'll work on high impact strategic priorities and play a pivotal role in identifying key commercial opportunities and co-creating initiatives that deliver both short-term impacts and long-term capabilities. What You'll Do:

• Diagnose Commercial Opportunities: Analyse commercial drivers to identify high-value opportunities and frame them using business frameworks.
• Synthesize Insights: Create compelling narratives and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Deliver Initiatives: Plan, organize, and mobilise resources to implement key initiatives and ensure their industrialisation.
• Develop Capabilities: Coach and support analysts and proactively build the capability of business owners.

What We're Looking For:

• A degree qualification in a relevant field.
• Experience: Over 3 years in management consulting or over 6 years in senior management, with a track record in growth programs and initiatives. Customer strategy experience regarded highly.
• Skills: Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, performance management, team building, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Attitude: Results-oriented, collaborative, resilient, and team-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct commercial driver analysis and triangulate insights.
• Construct cohesive storyboards and present findings.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and resolve implementation barriers.
• Coach and develop strategy analysts.
