This is a full-time, remote career opportunity supporting our Commercial banking teams based anywhere within the Fulton Bank footprint as follows: PA, NJ, MD, DE, VA, DC.
Periodic travel to Lancaster, PA and for team/other scheduled meetings with line of business.
This role is responsible for a portfolio of Commercial Treasury Management Payments products/services (Digital Solutions, Payments & Fraud Solutions, Liquidity & Receivables Solutions, Loan Solutions) and will develop Treasury Management Payments strategies to achieve enterprise strategic objectives. In addition to being responsible for the overall performance (P&L) of the assigned portfolio, this individual will coordinate with key business stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable strategies and function as a technical subject matter expert to drive growth within the commercial bank.
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business, finance or related field. (Required)
Master's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: business, finance or related field. (Preferred)
10 or more years business/commercial banking. (Required)
5 or more years Treasury Management product mangement in financial services. (Preferred)
Payments experience and strategy (Preferred)
NACHA certification AAP, AFPP and APRP desired.

Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. The salary range for this position is $91,000.00 - $151,600.00 annually. Additional Compensation Components This job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units. This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
