At our headquarters in Humlebæk, you will join Pipeline & Portfolio team within the Chronic Care Unit. Here, you will become a part of a passionate team of 7 people working within Ostomy Care Product Management, which makes up approx. 35% of Coloplast’s revenue.

We interact with colleagues around the world and across levels and functions, including R&D, digital, sales and marketing. Together, we set the innovation direction, drive global product launches and work to maximise the potential of our Ostomy Care portfolio which makes life easier for people with intimate health care needs.

The Ostomy Care product pipeline consists of innovations within ostomy bags as well as extended solutions. Working alongside other product managers in the team, you will take your own projects forward and will have ample opportunity to make your mark and grow your career by leading strategic projects.

Drive the innovation pipeline

You will take part in driving the new and exciting digital ostomy care platform, Heylo, within extended solutions. With Heylo, we are embarking on a new journey, offering our users a digitally embedded solution to make an even bigger difference in their lives while building a new capability for Coloplast. You will set the strategic direction for long-term innovation projects within the Heylo platform and beyond, and act as the Heylo product expert.

Your key tasks will be:

• Setting the vision and ambition for the Heylo platform, developing commercial strategies for market and portfolio expansion
• Help shape the data strategy and define data-as-a-product opportunities to enable the next generation of data-driven ostomy care.
• Uncover user needs and proactively feed into requirements and roadmap recommendations and prioritisation of product improvements, in close collaboration with the Digital Product Owner and Service Owner
• Define and lead positioning and claiming strategy and help shape the continuous evidence generation roadmap
• Support rollout in new markets including owning and driving the end-to-end forecasting process, playing an active role in user-journey mapping and developing tailored and scalable go-to-market strategies
• Own the commercial data insights track, gathering, clarifying and prioritizing key requests for analysis and translating the insights into prioritised commercial actions
• Work closely with different organizational departments: R&D, Digital & Data, Marketing as well as the local markets and the Commercial Lead on the project
• The role requires extensive travel with around 60 days per year to collaborate face to face with subsidiaries and engage with customers around the world

A commercial mindset and a passion for digital solutions

You are a proactive individual passionate about driving innovation through digitally embedded solutions and have a proven track record of strategic product management, to succeed in this role.


You have a commercial mindset and are still keen to learn more and challenge yourself by continuously setting yourself new goals. You thrive when working with ambiguity in a dynamic environment with many stakeholders and enjoy collaborating and communicating creatively to engage colleagues in your ideas.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in business/commercial disciplines, data science, analytics, engineering, or a related quantitative field—combined with strong commercial acumen and the ability to partner credibly with DS/ML/analytics leads to shape a data strategy and potential opportunities for data-as-a-product portfolio
• Have 5+ years of experience within global or strategic marketing working with digitally embedded solutions, SaaMD, or similar
• Have strong analytical toolbox and sound problem-solving skills
• Are adept at managing cross-organisational projects to ensure commercial impact
• Have good communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Are fluent in English
• Have experience within the health care or medical device industry or a similarly regulated field – it is however not a must
