In this role, you'll:

As part of the Transport Workplaces Branch you will lead the end-to-end commercial and contract management of a portfolio of critical, high-value and highly visible service contracts including facilities management, security services and other workplace goods and services. A key focus of the role is driving commercial outcomes through strategic supplier partnerships, robust performance management and strong governance across complex workplace services arrangements.

You will lead commercial and contractual outcomes, build trusted relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, and drive performance, value and accountability across contracts.

This role operates within our hybrid working model, requiring 50% workplace attendance. The home base for this role is Macquarie Park, with flexibility to work from other office locations at times. Team collaboration days are generally on Monday and Wednesdays.

About you

Your expertise in contract management, supplier relationship management and commercial governance, developed through managing large-scale facilities management, security and workplace support services contracts, will see you excel in this role. You bring the commercial acumen, judgement and stakeholder management skills to navigate complex stakeholder environments, manage risk and deliver strong commercial outcomes.

Recognised as a trusted commercial partner, you're skilled at influencing stakeholders, negotiating outcomes and holding suppliers accountable for performance, while driving continuous improvement across high-value service contracts.
