Job Description

In this role, you'll:



Work as part of a team delivering major infrastructure projects and engineering outcomes across Transport for NSW, this role will see you lead commercial and risk performance across complex projects and portfolios, shaping procurement and delivery strategies, driving effective contract management practices, and influencing value-for-money outcomes across some of NSW's largest infrastructure investments.

You will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, provide strategic commercial leadership, resolve complex contractual matters, and contribute to the successful delivery of critical transport infrastructure.


You will lead commercial strategies and risk management outcomes in a complex, fast-paced infrastructure environment where balancing project delivery, stakeholder expectations, contractual obligations, and commercial performance is critical to success.

Role based in either Macquarie Park, Sydney CBD or Parramatta, hybrid working practices are available according to policy.


About you


Your commercial leadership, contract management, and risk management expertise, formed across major infrastructure, construction, engineering, procurement, or project delivery environments, will see you excel in driving commercial outcomes, mitigating project risks, resolving complex contractual issues, and implementing robust governance frameworks that support successful project and portfolio delivery.


You're recognised as a strategic and influential commercial leader, skilled at negotiating complex contract matters, managing disputes, influencing stakeholders, and delivering value-for-money outcomes.

You'll bring extensive experience together with a strong understanding of commercial frameworks, contract administration, risk allocation, and collaborative project delivery models to achieve successful commercial and project outcomes.
