The Role

Lead end-to-end commercial performance across GMP projects, ensuring contract compliance, risk control, and margin optimisation across building services and data centre environments.

• Lead commercial outcomes across data centre / building services projects
• Provide clear advice on contracts, risk, and financial performance
• Drive cost control, forecasting & reporting
• Negotiate high-value M&E and trade subcontracts
• Oversee contracts to make sure commitments are met and margins are maintained

About You

• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• Proven Commercial Manager experience in a construction/contractor environments
• Strong background GMP contracting
• Skilled in contract management, finance & negotiation
