JASARA PMC is looking for a dedicated Senior Commercial Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will lead the commercial strategy for our diverse project portfolio, ensuring that all financial, contractual, and procurement processes are effectively managed. You will be responsible for driving profitability, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. Your expertise in commercial management will be essential in collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to achieve strategic goals and ensure the success of our projects.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the commercial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Oversee procurement processes and negotiations with contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and conduct risk assessments.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams on commercial matters.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on project performance and financial metrics.
• Lead contract negotiations and resolve any disputes that arise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• At least 18 years of experience in commercial management, preferably in construction or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial negotiation strategies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
