Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the commercial lending team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
Oversee the loan approval process, ensuring adherence to credit criteria, pricing standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor portfolio performance and implement corrective actions for underperforming loans, including restructuring or collections.
