We’re looking for a Senior Commercial Finance Manager to guide a high‑profile finance function and act as a trusted commercial partner within our Urban Real Estate business.
This role offers significant visibility, influence at JV Board level, and the opportunity to develop a talented team while steering the financial direction of a landmark portfolio.
About the Role
As Senior Commercial Finance Manager, you will lead the Regent Street Partnership (RSP) Finance team and take full accountability for the P&L, forecasting cycles, financial reporting, JV governance and all associated outputs. You’ll pair technical expertise with the ability to interpret data, offer meaningful insight and support business-wide decisions.
This role places particular emphasis on Joint Venture reporting, governance and financial control. You will be the primary finance contact for JV partners, ensuring clarity, consistency and compliance across all financial deliverables.
Beyond technical leadership, you’ll build trusted relationships across the organisation, partner closely with Portfolio Management, Strategy, Development and Group Finance teams, and contribute to shaping the future of the portfolio with thoughtful commercial guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting, Forecasting & Performance
Lead monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for both TCE and the JV, delivering clear and relevant analysis.
Manage the full JV reporting cycle, ensuring aligned and compliant outputs.
Oversee forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning activities.
Drive continuous improvement, automation and efficiency across reporting processes.
Present financial performance at JV Board and internal leadership meetings.
Track valuation movements and connect financial drivers with value outcomes.
Maintain hands‑on financial modelling capability while helping junior team members enhance their modelling skills.
JV Reporting & Governance
Serve as the finance lead for the Regent Street Partnership.
Ensure all financial information reflects contractual obligations and governance requirements.
Build collaborative relationships with JV partners and present financial insights with clarity and confidence.
Development & Capital Governance
Align financial reporting and controls for development and refurbishment projects.
Ensure accurate representation of drawdowns, capex and cashflows in forecasts and reporting.
Support the appraisal of opportunities, assumptions and returns.
Work closely with Development teams to maintain alignment on financial impacts.
Commercial Business Partnering
Act as the lead business partner to the Head of Portfolio Management.
Support the strategic plan through scenario modelling, analysis and decision‑making insight.
Appraise asset management opportunities including regears, renewals and lettings.
Partner with investment teams on acquisitions and disposals.
Champion standardisation, process improvement and a robust control environment.
Provide proactive commercial guidance on operational and project initiatives.
Leadership
Lead, coach and develop a team of analysts.
Set high standards for accuracy, governance and commercial thinking.
Build a capable, resilient and collaborative team environment.
What We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Experience
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with extensive post‑qualification experience.
Background in commercial real estate finance with hands‑on JV reporting and governance experience.
Experience managing and developing teams.
Advanced financial modelling capability and confidence working with complex datasets.
