The Commercial Excellence Sr. Analyst is responsible for driving commercial performance through the effective management of CRM system, analytics, reporting, forecasting, and sales force effectiveness initiatives. This role ensures the sales organization has accurate data, actionable insights, and optimized processes to improve customer retention, pipeline conversion, productivity, and profitable business growth.

The position acts as a strategic business partner to Commercial Leadership and cross-functional teams by transforming data into commercial opportunities, supporting decision-making processes, and leading initiatives that enhance sales performance, operational efficiency, and customer relationship management across the organization.

  • Manage and optimize CRM platform (Salesforce), ensuring data integrity, user adoption, pipeline visibility, customer tracking, and effective reporting capabilities for the commercial organization.
  • Develop, monitor, and analyze commercial KPIs, dashboards, forecasting models, sales productivity metrics, and performance reports to provide actionable insights for Sales Leadership and senior management.
  • Lead commercial excellence initiatives focused on improving prospecting efficiency, conversion rates, sales effectiveness, customer retention, churn management, and revenue growth.
  • Conduct quarterly commercial reviews, territory performance analysis, and sales pipeline evaluations with Regional Managers and Commercial Leadership to support coaching and decision-making processes.
  • Desing and implement customized dashboards and analytics tools for Sales Representatives and Regional Managers to track profitability, conversion, revenue achievement, service performance, and commercial trends.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, strategic reports, and analytical recommendations for senior leadership to support business planning and growth initiatives.

Qualifications - Education and Experience

  • Industrial Engineering / Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Finance or related.
  • +5 years experience.
  • Relevant experience in business/sales analytics.
  • Strong CRM management (preferred Salesforce).
  • Demonstrated use of effective financial, analytical and project management skills.
  • Business English proficiency.

Knowledge and Competencies

  • Exceptional communication, leadership skills, able to effectively work across functions and organization boundaries.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Analytical, statistical, data quality controlling, process, and problem-solving skills.
  • Planning & organizational skills, project management.
  • Strong knowledge of MS office applications.
  • Strong writing skills for management reports.
  • Ability to design and develop “C-level” presentations.
  • Strong team player with pro-active attitude.
