Communicates findings to stakeholders through charts, graphs, and presentations.
Creates visually compelling and easy-to-understandBI tools, primarily usingPowerBI
Supports analytics datasolutions; work with system support teams to correct and/or enhance data.
Supportsgovernanceof BI tools and data assetsto ensureconsistent,optimaluse by the organization.
Ensures integrity and quality of data through regular audits and validation processes.
Drives continuous improvementinbusinessprocessesanddata analyticsbest practices
Participates in evaluation ofnew technologiesto improve data insights, data management, and decision support.
Bachelor’s Degreerequired, with a preference in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related.
Four(4) years of relevant work experiencerequired
Strong communicationand time management skills
Preferred:
Strong passion for answeringdifficult questionswith data. Experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches to generate positive business results.
Experience with data analysis efforts:identifyingdata sources, querying data, performing exploratory data analysis/modeling, presenting historical insights/business justification, and affecting data-driven business changes.
Exposure tobusiness intelligence self-service analytics software tools such asPowerBIor Tableau
Exposure to datatransformationtools such as SQL, ADF,Synapse,PowerQuery, M, Databricksorothers
Experience withmanipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensional data from varying sources and communicating complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner.
Proven ability to think critically and solve problems, given incompleteinformationand/or ambiguous requirements. A flexible analytic approach that provides results at varying levels of precision.
