Reporting to the Head of Legal, this attorney will serve as a key legal partner to the company's sales organization, independently negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements and helping build a scalable commercial legal function.

This position is based in New York City and requires working in the company's office three days per week. Compensation is expected to include a base salary of approximately $270,000, plus equity and a competitive benefits package, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
