The Opportunity

In this role you'll help shape business performance across our Fleet and Logisitcs. Partnering with regional and operational leaders, you will provide commercial insight, challenge decision-making and drive initiatives that improve profitability, revenue growth and long-term business performance.

Reporting to the GM of Fleet and Logistics you will:

  • Provide commercial analysis and insight to support our Fleet and Logistics strategy.
  • Influence commercial decisions through financial modelling, business cases and scenario analysis.
  • Partner with Regional Managers and business leaders on strategic revenue and improvement initiatives.
  • Lead commercial programs that improve operational discipline, reporting and financial performance.
  • Deliver market intelligence and analysis that identifies growth opportunities and pricing improvements.
  • Support tenders, acquisitions and business development initiatives through robust commercial evaluation.

About You

You are a commercially minded finance professional with experience influencing business performance within a complex operational environment.

  • Bachelors in Finance, Commerce or similar. CA or CPA qualification would be an advantage.
  • Financial and commercial experience within a complex, Fleet and Logisitcs business.
  • Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at multiple organisational levels.
  • Strong financial modelling, business case and commercial analysis capability.
  • Experience developing budgets, KPI frameworks and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Proven ability to communicate commercial insights that drive business outcomes.
