The Senior Commercial Analystdrives end-to-end commercial performance analytics across the sales funnel, delivering insights that improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, conversion performance, and executive decision-makingfor theClinical Supply Servicesbusiness unit
The Role:
Lead end-to-end commercial performance reporting across the global sales funnel, providing visibility into pipeline progression, conversion trends, backlog pacing, and revenue impact.
Build andmaintainforecasting models that support quarterly and annual revenue planning, using commercial data toidentifytrends, risks, and opportunities.
Partner closely with Finance, Business Development, and Commercial Operations leadership to translate complex data into executive-ready insights and actionable business recommendations.
Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and performance analytics that improve data visibility, reporting accuracy, and leadership decision-making across the global Clinical Supply Servicesnetwork
Drive continuous improvement in commercial analytics processes, helpingestablisha more unified and reliable view of commercial performance across segments.

The Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, orrelated fields
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, revenue operations, FP&A, financial planning, or a similarly data-driven analytical role.
Strong experience analyzing sales funnels, pipeline performance, forecasting models, revenue trends, and conversion metrics.
Advancedproficiencyin Excel, BI/reporting tools (Power BI or Tableau), and CRM-based data analysis.
Proven ability to synthesize data into clear business insights, communicate effectively with senior leadership, and influence decision-making through strong financial and commercial acumen.
Theanticipatedsalary range for this position inNew Jerseyis $115k-$160k The final salary offered to a successful candidate may vary, and will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limitedttothetype and length of experience within the job,typeand length of experience within the industry, skillset, education, business needs, etc. Catalent is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
