Job Information

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive sales performance analysis to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities that support commercial decision‑making.
• Develop and refine sales forecasts using data‑driven methodologies to support business planning and resource allocation.
• Support promotion strategy and evaluation, including pre‑ and post‑campaign analysis to optimize ROI and commercial effectiveness.
• Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Participate in cross‑functional commercial projects, contributing analytical expertise to initiatives aimed at enhancing commercial income and business performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, or a related discipline
• 2 years of experience in commercial analysis, trade marketing, or finance within the F&B, FMCG, or retail industry.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is highly desirable.
• Strong numerical sensitivity, self‑motivation, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
