Job Summary:


We are seeking
an accomplished
Senior Commercial Air Conditioning Sales Manager

to lead
our commercial sales efforts across key markets in Nigeria. This is a
high-impact leadership role designed for a strategic thinker and experienced
closer who can open doors, drive pipeline growth, and lead high-value HVAC
project engagements from prospecting to post-installation support.You will play a
pivotal role in shaping our market presence, forging executive-level
relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to commercial clients across
sectors such as real estate, construction, manufacturing, and public
infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Strategic Market Expansion:

    Develop, implement, and optimize regional and national sales
    strategies aligned with business objectives to expand market share and
    revenue in the commercial HVAC space.

  • Enterprise Client Acquisition:

    Identify, prospect, and secure strategic commercial clients
    including large-scale developers, MEP consultants, architects, facility
    managers, and government agencies.

  • High-Value Deal Management:

    Lead complex sales cycles and negotiate multimillion-naira
    projects with C-suite stakeholders and technical decision-makers.

  • Team Leadership &
    Collaboration:

    Work collaboratively with
    engineering, project management, and installation teams to ensure seamless
    delivery of tailored air conditioning solutions.

  • Account Management &
    Retention:

    Cultivate and manage long-term
    relationships with high-value clients, ensuring continuous satisfaction,
    repeat business, and referrals.

  • Industry Positioning:

    Represent the company at industry forums, exhibitions, and
    technical sessions to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.

  • Reporting & Forecasting:

    Provide accurate sales forecasting, market intelligence, and
    performance analysis to executive leadership.


Requirements


  • Minimum 7–10 years experience

    in commercial air conditioning or HVAC sales, preferably in a
    leadership or enterprise sales capacity.

  • Demonstrated ability to
    close
    high-value, complex B2B sales

    within construction, infrastructure, or
    real estate sectors.

  • Strong industry network

    including connections with developers, consultants, and
    construction firms.

  • Proven experience in crafting and
    executing
    strategic sales plans and revenue growth initiatives

    .

  • Excellent
    negotiation,
    communication, and presentation

    skills with the ability to influence
    senior stakeholders.

  • Solid understanding of
    technical
    HVAC systems

    and ability to communicate technical concepts
    effectively.

  • Bachelor’s degree

    in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA or technical
    certifications in HVAC will be an advantage).

CIG Motors Co., Ltd is the representative of GAC Motor in Nigeria. It began

its operations in 2013 following a pact signed with Guangzhou Group

Automobile Group Co., (GAC Motor) to establish and manage

distribution networks in Nigeria and subsequently Africa.

CIG Motors Co., Ltd started with the introduction of 2 major models;

the GA3 Saloon and GS5 SUV models of GAC Motor; with a subsequent

introduction of 3 more models in 2016 and 2017. As at date, CIG Motors

has introduced 6 GAC Motor models into the Nigerian market; GA3,

GA3S, GS3, GS4 and the Standard Luxury SUV GS8 (which is the flagship

model). CIG Motors Co., Ltd recently introduced the Mini Space Bus GN8

CIG Motors Co., Ltd recently signed another landmark technical assembly

agreement with a new partner, Jiangxi Jiangling Motors Import and

Export Co., Ltd, thereby extending it’s vehicle models to include all

commercial vehicles and cars of GAC, ZNA, Dongfeng (DFAC) and

JMC brands.

The company holds its brands in very high esteem and makes very

conscious investments behind the master brand and a focused

communication investment in the value proposition packages.
