An international executive recruitment company, Elitez Group of Companies is hiring on behalf of a leading debt restructuring partner for financial institutions across Southeast Asia for Senior Collections Manager position, based in Thailand.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee efficient collection activities.
• Manage collection outsourcing activities.
• Oversee client requirements and collections strategies.
• Provide regular portfolio updates to Senior Management.
• Manage teams to achieve collection targets.
• Train and advise subordinates and Outsourcing Agents.
• Strengthen collectors' collection skills.
• Monitor productivity and performance with Team Leaders.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with collection policies and procedures.
• Lead team to achieve KPIs and targets.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in debt collection experience of which 3-5 years in team leadership.
• Excellent supervisory, leadership, and management skills.
• Experience in Financial Institute, Banking, or Leasing company.
• Experienced in managing and controlling OA team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation, English communication, and analytical skills.
