Job Description

Are you an exceptionally organised and detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-profile environment? We're looking for a Senior Co-ordinator - HR & Reward to play a critical role at the heart of our HR and Reward function, ensuring the seamless delivery of senior-level reward, governance and executive support processes.

Working closely with the Equity & Reward Director, Chief HR Officer, and senior stakeholders across HR, Finance and Legal, you'll bring structure to complexity, drive governance excellence, and ensure key decisions, approvals and documentation are delivered accurately, compliantly and on time.

What You'll Be Doing

Executive Reward & Documentation
  • Manage the end-to-end preparation and coordination of senior hire offer letters, ensuring accuracy, compliance and alignment with reward frameworks.

  • Partner with Reward, Legal and HR teams to reflect agreed compensation, incentive and equity arrangements.

  • Coordinate amendments, revisions and reissues with precision and discretion.

Senior Exit Management
  • Prepare and coordinate settlement agreements for senior employees, ensuring governance and compliance requirements are met.

  • Manage the timely processing of settlement arrangements through Payroll and Equity teams.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the process.

Remuneration Committee (RemCo) Support
  • Produce high-quality RemCo papers, briefing documents, schedules and data packs.

  • Coordinate contributions from multiple stakeholders and ensure submissions are complete and delivered to deadlines.

  • Track decisions, approvals and actions arising from meetings, ensuring effective follow-through.

Reporting & Insights
  • Develop and maintain reporting for the Equity & Reward Director and Chief HR Officer, providing clear visibility of progress, risks and key milestones.

  • Maintain data integrity across reward and people data.

  • Produce insightful analysis and reporting for senior stakeholders.

  • Respond to ad hoc requests with clear, concise and well-structured outputs.

Governance & Approvals
  • Manage end-to-end approval processes across reward and executive matters.

  • Ensure appropriate sign-offs are secured and documented.

  • Maintain robust audit trails, version control and governance standards.

  • Proactively drive actions to completion, keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience
  • Proven experience supporting senior stakeholders within HR, Reward, Governance, Executive Support or related functions.

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot inconsistencies, risks and errors before they become issues.

  • Experience preparing high-quality documentation for senior leaders, committees or boards.

  • Confident managing approvals, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring actions are delivered.

  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Desirable Experience
  • Experience supporting Remuneration Committees or executive governance processes.

  • Exposure to executive reward, equity, bonus or incentive arrangements.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

About You

You'll be someone who:

  • Takes pride in producing polished, accurate and professional outputs.

  • Enjoys bringing order, structure and clarity to complex situations.

  • Builds trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Remains calm, resilient and solutions-focused under pressure.

  • Naturally takes ownership, follows through and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Operates with the highest levels of discretion, professionalism and integrity.

Why Join Us?

This is a unique opportunity to work at the centre of executive reward and governance, partnering with senior leaders and influencing critical people-related decisions. You'll join a collaborative and high-performing team where your organisation, judgement and attention to detail will have a visible impact across the business.
