Job Title: Senior Programmer Analyst

Employment Type: Permanent

Location: Montreal

4 days Onsite and 1 day Remote

Must haves:

• 6+ years of strong backend development experience
• Deep expertise in C#/.NET internals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, in both French and English.
• Strong debugging, multithreading & optimization skills
• Engineers comfortable working close to the framework/runtime
• Experience with large-scale, high-performance systems
• Financial services / trading systems experience is a strong asset
• C++, Go, or C background is highly valued
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about coding and complex systems
• Autonomous and technically curious
• Comfortable in high-pressure production environments
• Strong systems-thinking mindset
