Senior Cloud Support Engineer として、お客様からのお問い合わせ（ケース）を管理し、解決までの時間の短縮、プラットフォームの安定性の確保、および世界最高水準のサポート体験の提供に責任を負います。本ポジションは、幅広い技術領域に対応するテクニカルサポート担当者として、高度な実践的トラブルシューティング能力に加え、お客様から信頼されるアドバイザーとしての共感力とコミュニケーション能力を備えた役割です。
顧客体験の向上 : お客様からのお問い合わせについて、初期調査から解決、その後のフォローアップまで一貫して担当し、適切なコミュニケーションとタイムリーな状況共有を行います。
AIを活用したサポート : AIアシスタントや診断ツールを活用し、初動対応や根本原因分析を効率化します。
成果重視の問題解決 : 単なる事象解消に留まらず、再発防止やシステムの信頼性向上を意識したサポートを提供します。
顧客対応 : メール、Web会議、電話などを通じて技術的な分析やアドバイスを提供し、お客様の技術レベルに応じたコミュニケーションを行います。
AIを活用した調査 : AIを利用してログ分析、仮説立案、回答案作成を行い、その内容を適切に検証したうえでお客様へ提供します。
技術調査 : Snowflake環境、コネクタ、社内ツールなどを活用し、問題の調査・検証を実施します。
部門横断での連携 : Engineering、Product、Customer Successチームと連携し、複雑な問題や製品課題の解決に取り組みます。
ナレッジ管理 : ナレッジベースに解決策を登録するとともに、AIが作成したドラフトをレビューし、必要に応じて修正します。
フィードバックと改善提案 : 製品の動作、ドキュメントの不足、およびAIツールの改善点などについてフィードバックを提供します。
バグ管理 : 不具合や機能改善要望を文書化し、Engineeringチームと連携して問題の解決に取り組みます。
サポート体制への参加 : 祝日・週末のローテーション勤務およびオンコール対応を行います。
