Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

This role will be the technical pre-sales interfacing with Cloud Sales Specialist and Enterprise customers on the technical aspects of Cloud deals

What you are accountable for:

A Cloud Enterprise Architect should consult the customer and then analyze their digital transformation strategy in the ICT space and identify any gaps. specific needs and pain-points and subsequently develop a technology blueprint for customers to meet their desired business outcomes and IT objectives.

Additionally, Cloud Enterprise Architects will give input to our Product & Technology team on customer technology needs and potential enhancements to our Product portfolio / Network/ Services offerings.

What do you need for the role:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience, preferably within enterprise technology environments.

• Extensive exposure and hands-on experience as a Solution Architect, with strong expertise in at least one major cloud platform.

• Proven experience in designing, building, and driving enterprise-scale solutions across multiple industry segments and verticals.

• Strong ability to manage and influence both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and successful solution delivery.
