As an Agentic AI Cloud Solution Architecture professional in the Customer Success Unit, you will partner with Danish customers to help them realize tangible value from their cloud investments. You will work closely with customer stakeholders to understand their goals and challenges so you can guide them toward architectures that are secure, resilient, and optimized for the scope of impact they need across their organizations.

In this role, you will translate complex requirements into scalable cloud solutions that unlock new business outcomes and accelerate artificial intelligence innovation. You will lead engagements that connect Microsoft platforms and services to customer scenarios, helping them modernize workloads, responsibly adopt advanced AI capabilities, and build sustainable usage and consumption patterns. By collaborating across virtual teams, you will influence strategy, remove blockers, and ensure customers see measurable impact from their cloud journey - especially as they pursue new ways to deliver value in the Danish market.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor and drive business value through AI Transformation: Create business value by translating customer challenges into actionable solutions aligned to high ROI customer outcomes. Ensure a seamless, connected experience that fosters satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term value.
• Drive Customer Success: Lead architectural design, engaging business and technical decision makers to drive intent and enable sustained usage of M365 Copilot & Agents, securing long-term customer success and renewal.
• Leverage Agentic AI: Use Copilot prompt engineering and Agent-building expertise to drive AI at scale.
• Explore growth opportunities: Partner with technical and sales teams to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions to drive expansion and business value realization.
• Accelerate Customer AI Transformation Journey: Engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-use, and learn from others to help accelerate your customer’s AI transformation journey.
• Embrace a growth mindset: Act as the voice of the customer by proactively sharing insights, feedback, and success stories to inform internal strategy and execution. 
• Learn-it-all: Demonstrate a self-learner mindset through continuous, self-directed learning in areas such as M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agents, business value realization, and adoption and change management. Build and maintain technical readiness aligned to Customer Success Unit (CSU) priorities and corporate initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND extensive experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
• OR equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English and Danish and able to use both in a business environment.
• Experience of working with M365 Copilot, Agents, Copilot Studio and/or compete technologies

Cloud Solution Architecture IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Denmark is kr 726,700.00 - kr 1,320,000.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
