As a Cloud Solution Architect, you’ll advise customers across AI and agents, applications, data, and infrastructure, shaping secure, resilient, and scalable solutions on Microsoft Azure. You’ll connect strategy to execution, remove complex technical blockers, and accelerate transformation from architecture through production and adoption.

We’re seeking a Cloud Solution Architect with broad expertise across AI and agents, applications, data, and infrastructure, and a passion for helping enterprise customers address complex technical and business challenges. In this customer-facing role, you’ll lead strategic technical engagements, advise C-level executives, and partner with Customer Success Leaders to shape and execute cloud strategies that advance transformation, modernization, sovereignty, resiliency, and security. You’ll guide customers through architecture, deployment, and operational excellence, helping them scale AI solutions, modernize applications and data platforms, and realize measurable value from Microsoft Azure. This role offers flexibility to work from home up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical delivery for a portfolio of strategic accounts, aligning engagements with customer success plans and ensuring customers realize measurable value from their Microsoft investments.
• Serve as a technical advisor across the customer’s enterprise by helping technology and business leaders define Cloud and AI strategies, translate priorities into technical direction, and make informed architecture decisions that support long-term transformation outcomes.
• Lead customers from strategy to production-ready solutions by guiding architecture design across AI, applications, data, infrastructure, security, resiliency, and agent-based scenarios; applying proven cloud architecture practices; and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and ready for adoption.
• Accelerate customer value from Microsoft Azure and AI investments by identifying modernization, data, AI, and platform opportunities across the enterprise; resolving technical blockers; guiding high-impact engagements from concept through implementation; and helping customers realize measurable business outcomes faster.
• Orchestrate Microsoft and partner capabilities around customer priorities by coordinating with customer success, sales, engineering, specialist, partner, and delivery teams; aligning roles and responsibilities; and bringing the right expertise together to deliver a connected customer experience.
• Drive technical quality and customer trust across complex engagements by anticipating risks, validating architecture quality, reinforcing secure and resilient design patterns, and ensuring mission-critical workloads are optimized for performance, governance, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Scale successful outcomes through repeatable delivery practices by using proven frameworks, reusable assets, automation, and delivery guidance; capturing lessons learned; and contributing practices that improve consistency, quality, and speed across customer engagements.
• Represent customer needs and strengthen technical community impact by sharing adoption blockers, product feedback, and field insights with internal teams; maintaining deep expertise across priority Cloud and AI workloads; mentoring others; and contributing to technical communities and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications (RQs)   

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND solid experience in Cloud & AI platform technologies, including Azure architecture, AI and agents, GitHub, Agentic DevOps, AI Agent development, data platforms, application modernization, resiliency, security, and production-scale cloud delivery, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
• OR equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

• Proficiency in Finnish language, with the ability to advise customers and conduct business discussions in Finnish.
• Several years of experience in a customer-facing technology consulting role, advising enterprise customers, shaping cloud and AI strategies, translating business priorities into technical solutions, and guiding senior stakeholders through complex decisions from discovery through adoption.
• Several years of experience leading complex technical consulting engagements from architecture and roadmap development through implementation, coordinating customer, partner, and delivery teams, resolving technical risks, and communicating decisions and outcomes to executive stakeholders.
• Relevant technical certification in one or more priority areas, such as Microsoft Azure architecture, Azure AI Foundry, AI agents, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Fabric, security, resiliency, data platforms, or application modernization. Equivalent certifications from Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud are also valued.

Cloud Solution Architecture IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Finland is € 79,200.00 - € 143,200.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
