CHEP helps move more goods to more people, in more places than any other organization on earth via our 347 million pallets, crates and containers. We employ approximately 13,000 people and operate in 60 countries. Through our pioneering and sustainable share-and-reuse business model, the world’s biggest brands trust us to help them transport their goods more efficiently, safely and with less environmental impact.
What does that mean for you? You’ll join an international organization big enough to take you anywhere, and small enough to get you there sooner. You’ll help change how goods get to market and contribute to global sustainability. You’ll be empowered to bring your authentic self to work and be surrounded by diverse and driven professionals. And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our Hybrid Work Model
Key Responsibilities May Include:
— Make your impact… on a world that’s counting on us
As a Senior Cloud Security Engineer, you’ll design and automate security controls that protect production-grade, cloud‑native platforms at scale. Your work directly enables teams to deploy faster and safer—treating security as an accelerator, not a blocker. You’ll operate at the intersection of Kubernetes, identity, and automation, securing AWS today while shaping a cloud‑agnostic future that includes emerging patterns such as Agentic AI and RAG‑based systems.
What you’ll focus on — Bring your best… and do your most meaningful work
This role is hands‑on and deeply technical. You’ll harden EKS clusters, embed policy‑as‑code into CI/CD, and build automated guardrails that prevent drift before it becomes risk. You’ll lead identity federation and workload identity design as part of a zero‑trust approach, and you’ll own cryptography and PKI automation end‑to‑end so teams never rely on manual renewals or ad‑hoc fixes. When incidents occur, you’ll step in as a technical leader—diagnosing root cause in containerized environments and strengthening the system for the future.
Why this team — Shape tomorrow’s supply chains… through transformative innovation
You won’t be checking boxes or producing reports that sit on a shelf. You’ll be building secure paths for engineers to ship real products—securing agent‑to‑agent communication, protecting dozens of microservices, and helping teams adopt new technologies responsibly. The problems are complex, the systems are live, and the impact of your decisions is visible in production.
