Egmont IT is looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer profile who thrives on improving and automating cloud environments, while understanding the importance of stability, governance, and performance.
You’ll join Egmont’s Cloud Operations team, working primarily with Azure, AWS and partially in GCP. Egmont’s cloud footprint is very large and requires that all engineers think about automation and streamlining first.
We are looking for a colleague that is great at asking questions and challenging decisions. We want to build a modern, strong and scalable platform for our many subsidiaries(120+ companies) and we need the right people to do that.
You will be doing hands-on work on our many platforms and solutions to ensure that we constantly improve on new solutions. As well as evaluating old implementations to determine when it is time to modernize.
We're looking for a blend of technical expertise and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
You can build, automate, and optimize, but you also know that reliability, performance, and security are the foundation of success. You’re curious, pragmatic, and want to be part of a team that’s rethinking how cloud operations are done.
