We are looking for an experienced Senior Clinical specialist with a strong clinical background to lead clinical evaluations, product testing, clinical research, innovation, and clinical team activities. The role will work closely with KOLs, hospitals, R&D, AI/ML, regulatory, quality, and global clinical teams to translate clinical needs into innovative, high-quality healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead clinical testing, evaluations, and execution of products, software, AI solutions, and new clinical applications.
  • Ensure comprehensive clinical validation and help minimize clinical defects escaping into released products, contributing to improved product quality and clinical usability.
  • Manage clinical collaborations, KOL engagements, site identification, collaboration agreements, and regulatory approvals.
  • Lead scientific research projects and support scientific publications, abstracts, and conference submissions.
  • Identify clinical unmet needs, workflows, and use cases and translate them into product requirements and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML teams on clinical use cases, AI model development, clinical annotations, and validation.
  • Drive innovation initiatives, invention disclosures, patent contributions, and work closely with the Patent/Innovation team.
  • Lead and mentor the clinical team, assign and track work, manage priorities and backlogs, and develop domain competencies.
  • Identify opportunities to collaborate with global clinical teams on clinical evaluations and research initiatives in India.
  • Lead hackathons, ideation workshops, and clinical problem-statement development while mentoring teams in innovation challenges.
  • Support product proposals, clinical workflows, requirements definition, and cross-functional development projects.
  • Drive external clinical engagements and build strategic relationships with hospitals, clinicians, and research institutions.
Educational Qualification & Experience
  • Master's degree in Echocardiography / Cardiovascular Technology / Clinical Sciences / Medical Imaging relevant clinical discipline.
  • Preference for candidates with M.Sc. in Echocardiography or equivalent clinical specialization.
  • 8–12+ years of experience in clinical evaluation, medical device/healthcare technology, clinical research, or a related field.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and hands-on experience in echocardiography, cardiovascular imaging or relevant medical technology preferred.
  • Experience in clinical testing, product validation, clinical research, KOL engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience with AI/ML clinical applications, innovation, scientific publications, or medical device development is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
