Senior Clinical Product Marketing Manager

Job Description

The Senior Clinical Product Marketing Manager represents the voice of the clinical end user throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring clinical validity, workflow relevance, and evidence-based decision-making across product development and post-market activities. This role leverages deep frontline clinical expertise to translate real-world clinical workflows into product requirements, validation strategies, and evidence-generation activities that strengthen the clinical value and market adoption of Philips' healthcare solutions. Working closely with Product Management, R&D, Program Management, and Medical Affairs, the role ensures Philips innovations address meaningful clinical needs and deliver measurable impact for clinicians, healthcare organizations, and patients.

Your role:

  • Serve as the clinical voice of the customer, translating frontline clinical workflows and user needs across interventional and longitudinal care settings into clear product requirements, use cases, and clinical acceptance criteria.
  • Lead clinical validation activities for new features and solutions, ensuring they perform as intended within real-world clinical environments and support meaningful clinical outcomes.
  • Analyze clinical department operations and procedural workflows across radiology and cardiology settings to identify opportunities for workflow optimization, efficiency improvements, and enhanced user experience.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Technical Leaders, PDLM Project Managers, and Medical Officers to influence product strategy and ensure clinical needs are reflected throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Provide clinical expertise and evidence to support product positioning, clinical claims development, post-market activities, and field performance monitoring.
  • Establish and maintain clinical requirements, validation documentation, and supporting evidence in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Advocate for future product enhancements by leveraging customer feedback, market insights, emerging clinical trends, and evolving healthcare practices.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment between clinical, technical, and business stakeholders to ensure development priorities support both customer value and commercial objectives.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years with a Master's degree, in a hands-on clinical role such as Cath Lab Nurse, Cath Lab Technologist, Radiologic/Cardiovascular Technologist, RCIS, or a similar clinical profession.
  • You have experience working within interventional clinical environments, including cardiology, interventional radiology, vascular, electrophysiology, neurointervention, oncology, or related procedural specialties.
  • You possess a strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare operations, and patient care pathways, with the ability to translate clinical needs into product requirements and business value.
  • You have demonstrated experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and collaborating effectively across clinical, technical, and commercial functions.
  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing, Allied Health, Clinical/Biomedical Engineering, Health Sciences, or a related clinical discipline.
  • Experience supporting product development, clinical validation, clinical research, medical devices, healthcare software, or digital health solutions is preferred.
