What You'll Achieve:

  • Apply your specialist knowledge in clinical planning, shaping design strategies for complex, large-scale healthcare projects.
  • Mentor our teams across the practice, sharing your insights to lift our collective health design skills and confidence.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and project teams to translate complex clinical needs into functional and human-centred design outcomes.
  • Contribute your expertise to help us pursue and win significant health projects, adding value from the earliest stages.
  • Represent Hassell's passion for design in conversations with clients and the wider industry.

  • Someone who thrives on solving complex design puzzles and is always curious about finding a better way.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Revit is essential, with competency using dRofus in healthcare environments.

Additional Information

Our team enjoys a wide range of benefits to support their development and well-being:

  • 16 weeks paid parental leave for both primary and secondary carers.
  • A progressive flexible work policy that allows hybrid work, location flexibility and work pattern flexibility.
  • Inter-studio transfer opportunities. Wellbeing benefits.
  • Development and training opportunities, including access to online training programs and our People Coach program.

About Hassell

We are a leading international design practice with studios in Asia, Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Our purpose is to create a better future by designing the world’s best places – places people love.

Our design values are shared globally across all our studios, by the talented people who work in them: architects, interior designers, landscape architects, urban designers, planners and specialist consultants.

We work across a broad range of scales, from the interior design of a boutique retail store through to major public architecture and strategic urban planning for cities. And we work together in integrated design teams because they produce the best outcomes for our clients.

Our focus is on people and how we create better, more meaningful experiences for them. We do that through creative, holistic thinking, a deep knowledge base and a rigorous design process.

We judge the success of the buildings and places we design by the way people use and enjoy them - the clients who commission them, the people who inhabit them.

We are a Certified B Corp.
