What you will do

  • Lead and deliver high-quality clinical data management activities as part of a cross functional team for our customers and our customer projects in clinical trials and real-world evidence studies.

  • Provide expert clinical data management support throughout study lifecycles, ensuring data quality, compliance, and timely delivery of project outcomes.

  • As a senior team member, you will strengthen BC Platforms' clinical data management capability and support the delivery of current and future projects.

Your team will include

  • Clinical Data managers and medical coders

Your roadmap in this role

Within 6 months

Take the lead as an SME on a number of our key customer projects

What makes you a strong fit

  • Demonstrated experience independently leading clinical data management activities across multiple studies or programmes

  • Strong knowledge of clinical data standards and best practices. ·

  • Effective problem-solving and analytical thinking.

  • Experience with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems, Viedoc experience a plus.

You’ll stand out if you have

  • 8+ years of clinical data management experience within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, CRO, or healthcare research industry.

  • Strong understanding of clinical research processes and drug development.

  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
