We are searching for the best talent for Senior Clinical Account Specialist – Las Condes, Chile

Purpose: Established and productive individual contributor who supports the execution of projects, programs, and processes aligned with the organization’s overall technical and clinical Sales strategy. Works under moderate supervision, applying practical and field-based knowledge to implement best-in-class practices, procedures, and plans within the area.

You will be responsible for

  • Supports the development and execution of programs and innovative initiatives for the technical/clinical Sales area under general supervision.

  • Contributes to key components of projects, programs, and processes within the clinical sales function.

  • Identifies opportunities for improvement by analyzing trends and the competitive landscape to enhance the organization’s technical/clinical Sales strategy.

  • Communicates effectively across the clinical sales organization to ensure alignment on product knowledge, launches, policies, and guidelines.

  • Maintains accurate customer account information and develops reporting to monitor and manage the sales pipeline.

  • Coaches and supports junior team members in processes, tools, and responsibilities.

  • This position is eligible for a sales incentive plan, including commissions based on performance against sales objectives.

  • Demonstrates and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily interactions and decision-making.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields preferred; other disciplines such as Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or similar may be considered.

  • Minimum of 3 years of commercial experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.

  • Experience in electrophysiology is required; knowledge of 3D cardiac mapping for arrhythmia treatment is highly preferred.

  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).

  • Availability to travel as required by the role
