Job Description

Our Client is the provider for dermatology and aesthetic treatments. As a LCP credentialed medical clinic registered with the Malaysian Ministry of Health since 2007, this clinically acclaimed clinic has received various awards including the  Teosyal 'Most Dynamic Award' 2022. It aims to provide top-level medical aesthetics, skin and wellness services with a high level of professionalism and assurance to clients. As part of their growth plans, they are seeking to hire a dedicated and experienced Senior Clinic Nurse/Beauty Therapist to be part of their team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct aesthetic facial and body treatment(s) for customers
• Assist in patients registrations and appointment arrangement.
• Provide professional skincare counselling to patients.
  
• Recommend products and treatment packages as per customers needs.
• Ensure customers comfort and satisfaction throughout their therapy experience.
  
• Handle patients enquiries, build rapport with patients, provide post-treatment customer service and follow up on patients on appointments/ post- procedures.
• Contribute to team work, team spirit & team unity.
  

Key Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Health, Beauty or any related field of study.
• Prior related experience in an Aesthetic or Beauty clinic would be preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, interpersonal skills, time management skills, and customer care skills.
  
• Engaging personality, responsibility for treatment results, and presentation skills would be an advantage.
