A Florida based digital marketing agency that works exclusively with senior living communities and vendors–is looking for a full time Partner Success Manager to join our growing team. As a key player in our agency, you will be the main liaison between clients and our internal team. Working in partnership, you will develop and drive the delivery of innovative marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of our senior living clients. Qualifications for Success
Client Relationship Management
- Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with senior living clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their industry, challenges and goals
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance to help senior living communities thrive in the digital age
Strategic Planning
- Analyze industry trends and client data to create actionable plans that align with the unique objectives of senior living communities
- Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies specifically crafted for the senior living sector
Project Management
- Manage multiple senior living client accounts simultaneously, ensuring all projects are executed with sensitivity to the needs and preferences of each individual client
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the seamless execution of campaigns that resonate with the senior living audience, support the clients’ brands and meet their marketing and business objectives
Creative Problem Solving
- Identify opportunities and recommend marketing strategy improvements
- Address challenges with a positive and solutions-oriented mindset, recognizing the importance of respecting client concerns
Performance Analysis
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and recognize and drive both internal and client discussions around potential issues before they become big problems
- Review regular performance reports and actionable insights with each client
Client Education and Growth
- Educate senior living clients on emerging trends in digital marketing and help guide discussions around adoption of those trends to improve overall marketing performance
- Demonstrate the value of our services through clear and compelling communication, emphasizing the positive impact on their businesses
- Introduce new services to clients to expand our revenue
Requirements
- Valid US Visa (required).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing and account management, preferably within the senior living industry
- 2-5 years of experience in an advertising agency or similar production-oriented environment
- Proven strategic planning expertise including the ability to recognize–or hear–an issue, brainstorm solutions and present them to the client in a logical manner
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client and peer-to-peer relationships
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Extreme patience and ability to diffuse difficult situations
