You don't need to be an AI specialist. You need to be curious enough to already be finding ways to use it: faster workflows, sharper insight, better creative options, smarter decisions. We want people who ask “how can this be better?” and treat AI as a tool to elevate the craft, not a shortcut around it.

THE ROLE

You'll run client relationships, reporting into the Client Strategy Lead. You'll work with our paid media, creative and marketing science teams to set strategy and deliver commercial results for high-paced brands across verticals such as travel, retail and e-commerce.

WHAT YOU'LL BE GETTING STUCK INTO

• Own the client relationship. You’ll be the go-to point of contact for senior business leaders, and be confident running everything from weekly status meetings to presenting QBRs to C-suite stakeholders.
• Lead delivery for key clients, seamlessly coordinating across teams to produce performance reports, analyses and presentations you’re proud of.
• You’ll build a deep understanding of COmpass, our proprietary measurement solution. You’ll collaborate with the marketing science team to translate technical findings into actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with our creative studio and influencer team to power your clients’ content with a blend of creative insight and data
• Use our growing suite of AI-powered agents and tools to improve your work, while staying accountable for everything you produce.
• Manage and develop one direct report, and support the growth of the wider team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must Haves

• You have strong digital performance experience, ideally across e-commerce, retail or subscription brands within agency or in-house environments.
• You have high literacy across paid media channels. You don’t need to have run Meta, Google or TikTok hands-on, but you know them well enough to get the best out of the specialists who do.
• You adapt how you communicate to the audience, so a CMO and an in-house creative team always know what we’re recommending and what happens next.
• You can take findings from media, creative and data and build one clear story from them.
• You can run projects seamlessly, keeping your own work and the wider team’s deliverables on track without quality dropping.
• You’re already using AI to automate your own repeatable tasks.

Nice to Haves

• Some experience in media channels outside of traditional ‘performance’ (CTV, OOH, Audio) - or a curiosity to learn.
• A grasp of marketing science basics such as MMM. We'll train you on COmpass, but the foundations will help.
• A keen interest in the role of content and creative in driving performance for brands, ideally through experience working with creative agencies or in-house studios
• Management experience; either direct reports or leading across teams.
