
Senior Client Services Representative (Full Time)
The Centre for Animal Referral and Emergency (CARE) is seeking a Client Services Representative to join our 24-hour specialist and emergency veterinary hospital in Collingwood.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in the animal care industry who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Veterinary nursing experience would be highly regarded.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Knowledge of EzyVet practice management software and medical privacy laws would be advantageous but is not essential.
Current Roster
This is a full-time position working a set rotating fortnightly roster (subject to change with notice):
Week 1 – Day Shifts
Week 2 – Afternoon/Evening Shifts, 2am being the latest finish.
This roster includes one Saturday shift per fortnight.
