Job Description

  • Location: Dubbo
  • Employment type: Ongoing full-time (35 hours per week)
  • Salary: Clerk 3/4, $84,659 to $92,701pa. + super + leave loading

Your role

In this role, you will provide complex administrative support to meet legal requirements and deliver high-quality service to clients.

You will supervise a small team, provide on-the-job training, and allocate work to meet daily priorities.

You may also perform some Registrar or Deputy Registrar duties, including procedural or decision-making functions within the court.

What you’ll do

  • Supervise and support team members, including training and handling complex enquiries.
  • Prioritise work and allocate tasks to meet daily goals.
  • Ensure work is accurate, timely and meets client needs.
  • Support improvements to processes and ways of working.
  • Work across different jurisdictions as needed.
  • Interpret and apply policies, procedures and legislation.

  • You show initiative and can deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • You’re able to support and lead a small team, helping others build skills and work together.

Essential RequirementCandidates must hold a valid Australian Driver’s Licence and be willing to travel to other locations within the HUB. At times this may include overnight stays. A departmental motor vehicle will be provided when available and the appropriate allowances paid for travel.
