Global Client Service Krakow is currently recruiting Senior Client Service Representative to join our SEB Direct Client Service Team. If you are looking for an entrepreneurial environment where you can learn and thrive, this is the right place for you.
On this position you will be responsible for:
Proactively respond to custody related client inquiries on a daily basis.
Coordinate and follow up on client meetings and deliverables.
Leverage knowledge of BBH products and services.
Work closely with internal teams in Operations, Global Production Management to ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and improvement of service levels.
Serve as a key point of contact for SEB with regard to daily servicing inquiries.
Develop key internal relationships to proactively aid in the resolution of client issues.
Utilize relevant internal technological solutions to effectively and efficiently manage client inquiries.
Identify ways to improve productivity and efficiency within the department.
Maintain a strong knowledge of BBH departments, systems and services across all products and businesses.
Utilize relevant technology solution to effectively and efficiently manage client deliverables
Participate in client conversions and special projects as required.
Understand the way in which BBH and our clients operate to be able to suggest and implement changes
Host Webinars and client presentations to educate and familiarize clients to BBH’s Product suite and automated tools.
Review client feedback, and inquiries for trends. Utilize this information to determine product gaps, train clients, propose solutions and reduce overall inquiry volume.
Assist management in the implementation of policies, procedures and controls.
Host meetings with client and internal Teams.
What we’re looking for:
BS/BA degree and/or equivalent work experience.
Fluent English
2+ years related custody experience.
Prior experience working in a client servicing focused work environment.
Ability to prioritize and quickly resolve client needs.
Ability to communicate effectively with both verbal and written skills.
Ability to build and maintain internal and external client relationships.
Ability to learn and utilize new technologies to research, analyze, and resolve client needs.
Proactivity, and objective oriented.
Strategic thinking.
Ability to work accurately and quickly under pressure.
Good working knowledge of Excel.
