They are looking for a highly driven and passionate Senior Client Relations Manager - Media & Entertainment to join their team and work closely with their Director of Sales. You will act as a trusted advisor to their customers regarding the importance and potential of market research, innovation, and consumer centricity.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with companies in the Media/Entertainment sector. You will showcase the potential of their capabilities and develop a mutually beneficial commercial framework with stakeholders in the Media/Entertainment industry.

What you’ll be doing

• You will develop and own growth strategy for the Media/Entertainment vertical
• You will represent the company to marketing and insights decision-makers within the Media/Entertainment industry
• You will acquire new customers, advising and coaching them on the most relevant Market Research approach, leveraging their platform and methodologies portfolio
• You will scope and qualify client requirements for both new and existing projects
• You act as the voice of their Media/Entertainment customers, staying attuned to their pain points, competition, and growth prospects
• You will build and maintain a strong network within the Media/Entertainment industry
• You will create partnership opportunities within the industry to further strengthen their positioning as a research partner
• You will represent the company at trade fairs and public speaking events, expand your network, and leverage existing contacts to drive our business
• You will work closely with their Customer Success, Inside Sales and Marketing Team to maximise growth opportunities

You will thrive in this role if

• You have 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales preferably in the Media/Entertainment industry
• You have an extensive network within the Media/Entertainment industry, coupled with a strong customer-centric mindset
• You have experience handling the full life cycle from pre-sales to closing
• You have excellent proficiency in German and English (other languages are a plus)
• You are proficient in working with CRM tools, ideally Hubspot
• You are based in Germany, ideally in Hamburg
• You have an empathetic nature with a keen sense for understanding the needs of others
