Job Description

About the Role

Uber is looking for strategic sales powerhouses to join our Advertising division. As a Sr. Client Partner, Enterprise Restaurants (GDP), you will be the primary architect of strategic partnerships with our largest Enterprise Restaurant partners across Canada. You won’t just manage a portfolio; you will own the end-to-end sales strategy for top-tier national restaurant brands, driving demand generation, merchant growth, and the adoption of our rapidly expanding suite of ad products across the Uber Eats platform.

This is a high-stakes role where you will work in lockstep with a Partner Manager and Delivery Account Managers to deliver "Execution Excellence" and measurable business growth for our restaurant partners. At Uber, we navigate ambiguity, earn trust fast, and solve problems that don’t come with a script. If you are a "Go Get It" seller ready to scale advertising adoption and unlock revenue for Canada's premier restaurant brands, this is your next move.

What You’ll Do

Go Get It: Relentlessly execute ad partnership strategies that drive restaurant demand, increase sales, and crush quarterly growth goals with a bias for action.

Trip Obsessed: Act as the "Voice of the Customer" by translating restaurant merchant needs and product limitations into actionable feedback for our Ads Product roadmaps.

One Uber: Serve as an indispensable cross-functional lead, bridging the gap between Ads, Delivery Account Management, Operations, and Product teams to drive unified account strategies.

See the Forest and the Trees: Build high-fidelity relationships with CMOs, marketing leaders, and media agencies representing enterprise restaurant brands while maintaining a master-level grip on campaign performance and operational details.

Build with Heart: Differentiate Uber Eats advertising by crafting creative-demand-generation narratives and showing how Ads and Offers work together to maximize ROI.

Great Minds Don’t Think Alike: Employ critical thinking and data-backed problem solving to navigate complex merchant discussions, optimize performance, and unblock growth across the Canadian market.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience.

Proven experience in Enterprise or Large Account Digital Advertising Sales, Media, or Account Management within the Canadian region.

A documented track record of selling digital advertising, retail media, or performance marketing solutions to large enterprise accounts.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

Restaurant & QSR Vertical Expertise: Deep understanding of the restaurant industry, delivery ecosystems, or performance marketing dynamics in Canada.

Canadian Market Fluency: Established relationships with marketing decision-makers at enterprise restaurant brands and their media buying agencies.

Data-Driven Storytelling: Expert ability to use merchant, category, and platform data (ROAS, incrementality, unit economics) to quantify opportunities and influence senior executives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven track record of co-selling and aligning with core Delivery Account Managers, Revenue Operations, and Product teams.

Speed & Resourcefulness: High learning agility and a "Go Get It" mentality; comfortable navigating ambiguity and building playbooks in a high-growth environment.

Exceptional Communication: Mastery in listening, negotiation, and strategic account planning to drive "Execution Excellence."

About Uber

We are Uber. The go-getters. The kind of people who are relentless about our mission to help people go anywhere and get anything and earn their way. Movement is what we power. It’s our lifeblood. It runs through our veins. It’s what gets us out of bed each morning. It pushes us to constantly reimagine how we can move better. For you. For all the places you want to go. For all the things you want to get. For all the ways you want to earn. Across the entire world. In real time. At the incredible speed of now.

The idea for Uber was born on a snowy night in Paris in 2008, and ever since then our DNA of reimagination and reinvention carries on. We’ve grown into a global platform powering flexible earnings and the movement of people and things in ever expanding ways. We’ve gone from connecting rides on 4 wheels to 2 wheels to 18-wheel freight deliveries. From takeout meals to daily essentials to prescription drugs to just about anything you need at any time and earning your way. From drivers with background checks to real-time verification, safety is a top priority every single day. At Uber, the pursuit of reimagination is never finished, never stops, and is always just beginning.
