The Global Addressable Media team is working across London and Amsterdam, delivering digital media services to connect brands with consumers via best-in-class digital ad experiences and drive sustainable growth. The role
The Senior Client Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Client Director in the successful delivery of the client account. You will manage the team and capabilities to ensure on-time delivery, excellence in execution, and drive collaboration both internally and externally with the client and partners.
As a Senior Client Manager, you willbe responsible formanaging the client account. You will alsobe responsible forcoordinating with the internal & external teams toanalyzingthecampaign performances. Furthermore, you should beidentifyingthe clients' requirements and needs. You work on Programmatic and Paid Social strategy and implementation. Owning an exciting client account, confidently carrying out day-to-day responsibilities; ranging from media planning, DSP and tracking setup, analysis, and reporting on these outcomes to managers.
Being comfortable conversing with clients on how Programmatic / Paid Social Advertising can be used to best meet their needs.
What are you going to achieve?
Provide strategic leadershipfor the region by enabling teams to deliver exceptional products, translating overarching business priorities into operational excellence, and bridging senior leadership vision with day-to-day execution;
Enable Exceptional Product & Campaign Delivery Empower teams to deliver high-quality products and campaigns across markets, ensuring consistency, excellence, and client satisfaction;
Translate Strategy into Execution Drive overarching business and strategic priorities within the region, bridging senior leadership vision with day-to-day team delivery;
Build & Develop High-Performing Teams Lead, mentor, and empower talent, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth;
Strengthen Stakeholder & Client Partnerships Manage global relationships, proactively resolve escalations, andidentifycross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive long-term client value;
Drive Operational & Financial Excellence Oversee workload forecasting, planning effectiveness, invoicing governance, and continuous process optimization to ensure efficiency and scalability;
Measure & Elevate PerformanceEstablishand monitor key performance metrics, using data-driven insights to continuously improve service quality and regional impact;
Who are you?
You have6+ years’ experience working inpaid media client service and/or strategic planning;
You have strong people management skills;
You have strong negotiation and relationship management skills;
You have strongfinancial managementskills;
You have excellent consultative selling skills;
You have excellent project management and problem-solving skills;
You have advanced product & solution frameworks & methods experience;
You have excellent communication, collaborationskillsand attention to detail;
You have advanced industryexpertise;
You have a passion for digital marketing and the desire to grow within this industry.
