Senior Client Manager – Aldershot

£25,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission | OTE £45,000–£50,000+

What You’ll Be Doing

• Win new instructions: Generate and book valuations, value properties and bring them to market

• Deliver exceptional service: Build trusted relationships and guide clients through every stage of the sales process

• Drive sales & progression: Negotiate offers, manage pipelines and keep clients fully updated

• Showcase properties: Conduct quality viewings with prospective buyers

• Work collaboratively: Be part of a supportive, ambitious team with shared goals

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated, experienced professional (around 5+ years in estate agency) who can confidently list, negotiate and represent clients at the highest level. You will:

• Be enthusiastic, ambitious and results-driven

• Have strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills

• Be well-presented, resilient and positive

• Possess outstanding interpersonal skills and a full UK driving licence
