Level: Senior Client Manager
We are looking for a Senior Client Manager to join our Deliveroo Media Partnership team In this role, you will be a key commercial and client lead, responsible for growing investment from existing FMCG brands and unlocking new opportunities with those yet to partner with Deliveroo. You’ll forge strong senior-level relationships with brands and agencies, shape compelling media pitches, and influence the evolution of Deliveroo’s media proposition, playing a vital role in elevating Deliveroo as a go-to media owner in the FMCG space.

You’ll bring:
A proven track record of driving media revenue from FMCG clients
Strong ability to build and grow senior-level relationships with brands and agencies
Expertise in consultative media sales and pitch creation
Strong commercial acumen and experience with pipeline and performance management
A strategic and innovative mindset to help evolve our media proposition
Great collaboration skills, especially cross-functionally
A passion for campaign effectiveness, using insights and data to optimise results
Experience managing and developing direct reports
Your days will be dynamic. You might find yourself:
Developing and executing commercial strategies to grow FMCG brand investment
Building strong, senior relationships with FMCG clients and their agencies
Create compelling pitch content and positioning Deliveroo against other media platforms
Identifying growth opportunities within FMCG
Collaborating with Deliveroo's advertising and FMCG strategic partnerships teams
Managing and mentoring at least one direct report
Delivering high quality, insight-driven campaigns that meet client and business goals
