Frankfurt, Germany
Monday to Friday (40 hrs/week)
Hybrid - On-Site during settling in period

The position

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Senior Relationship Manager Legal to join our team at CSC Germany. In this senior role, you will manage your own portfolio of leading international companies operating in Germany, acting as the central point of contact and overseeing their legal, administrative, and financial matters

You will build strong, lasting relationships and confidently navigate the complexities of the German business landscape In addition to managing your portfolio, you will mentor and support junior team members, playing a key role in their development and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Some of the things you’ll be doing

  • Act as main contact for a portfolio of international corporate clients and prospective clients.
  • Analyse and interpret legal, regulatory, KYC, and compliance requirements related to client structures and opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain German client companies, ensuring full corporate administration and good standing.
  • Advise on German corporate law, entity incorporation, tax-related matters, and ongoing compliance obligations.
  • Coordinate with legal, accounting, and compliance teams to deliver seamless client service and ensure accurate statutory filings.
  • Monitor deadlines, maintain compliance records, and report to the Business Unit Manager

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

  • University degree in Law, Business Law, International Law, or a related legal field.
  • Relevant professional experience in an international company, law firm, or tax/audit environment.
  • Strong knowledge of German corporate law and ability to apply legal principles in a business context.
  • Basic understanding of accounting and finance, with a willingness to further develop expertise.
  • Fluent in English and German; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills, with a proactive and resilient mindset in a fast-paced environment.
