What are we expecting from you?
Deliverexceptional, personalized client experiencesacross all touchpoints, includingtailoredhospitality, reservations, VIP appointments and High Jewellerypresentations
Support clienteling and business objectives throughappointment coordination, follow-ups, data management, gifting, deliveries and personalizedexperiences
Coordinate Maison events, Salon activations and exhibitions, ensuringseamlessexecution, client engagement and adherence to Maison standards.
Manage daily Salon operations, including supplies, inventory, vendors, maintenance, budgets and operationalrequests
Represent the Maison withprofessionalism and strongknowledge of its collections and savoir-faire, whilefostering collaboration with Boutique teams, sister Maisons and partners
