Job Description

Are you ready to take the next step in your career and join a dynamic international team? Aktia Asset Management is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and proactive Client Executive to become a key part of our International Sales Team based in Helsinki—with the exciting possibility of future opportunities abroad.

In this role, you’ll play an integral part in managing and supporting our external business partners and will have the chance to drive direct sales of our fund products across selected geographies. You’ll also have the opportunity to shape our international business by contributing to business development and managing relationships with stakeholders worldwide. Your specific responsibilities will be tailored to fit your background and experience, ensuring you’re able to make the most impact.

Qualifications and Core Competencies

We’re seeking candidates with a solid (minimum 5 – 10 years) background in traditional finance: asset management, markets, investment banking. Experience in fixed income asset class is a plus. The ideal candidate is a true team player with a proactive, solution-driven mindset. Strong communication skills are a must, as you’ll be working in an international environment—fluent English is required, and proficiency in another European language is definitely a plus.

A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Finance will serve you well in this role.
